"Fix" Patch for Hiram Yagami's Neo Geegus

This is a quick and dirty patch for Neo Geegus by Hiram Yagami.  Note, this patch is for the OLDER Neo Geegus, not for the latest version that was released on December 15, 2009.  If your folder for Neo Geegus says WHP-NeoGeegus instead of just NeoGeegus, you probably don't need this patch.  I will be releasing an updated, slightly less necessary patch for the updated character in the future.
